Rosters are sent via an application on your phone ‘Human Force’.  You will be set up with account after the Induction. Rosters are also placed on the KPI board in the kit up room.

Personal belongings – should be kept in Lockers/areas provided.

Wage Levels – are assigned at commencement of work. Level 1 in training and after 3 months will be reviewed and may move to a higher classification.

Hours of Work – varies. The normal spread of working hours shall be 6.00am – 6.00pm.  The start and finishing times must remain flexible depending on the operation of the business.

Breaks – An unpaid Meal break of 30 minutes is allocated during each shift. The morning and afternoon tea breaks are paid breaks of 10 minutes each with five minutes allowance for travel in & out from the break room.

Pay – The pay week runs from Monday to Friday with payment on Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. Each day you will be required to scan in to start work, start of your lunch break, end of lunch break and again to finish work.

Performance – Your performance will be measured on a day-by-day basis.  It is a very fast-paced environment inside the factory.   If any of the managers or supervisors have any suggestions for you, they will mention them off the line, for improvement.

Personal Mail – should remain being addressed to your home address.

Telephone Calls – should be made in your own time, if there is an emergency you will be located on the floor and shown to a phone station.

Parking – should be maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
