Allergies and Medical Conditions
As the factory has many types of equipment that may affect an employee’s pre-medical condition, employees are encouraged to complete our Emergency Response Data Form which may disclose any pre-existing allergies or medical conditions, epilepsy, diabetic, heart condition. Any information disclosed is treated with confidentiality.
Similarly, existing employees must advise their supervisor if they develop an allergy or medical condition.
Smoking
Specifically designated areas where smoking is permitted. Smoking outside these designated areas may lead to dismissal.
