- Immediately report safety‐related incidents and near misses to your Process Leader, Production Coordinator or WHS Manager.
- If you witness an injury, send someone for help, if necessary, reassure the victim, but do not move an injured person unless to you need to for safety reasons.
- If feasible, do not move anything in the area of the incident, as further investigation may be required by WHS.
