Allergen Management

  • Even though At Farm Fresh Fine Foods There are no deliberate sources of allergenic products onsite. We have implemented a rigorous allergen management system in place to prevent unintentional contamination of products. This is achieved through product scheduling, training, and monitoring processes to prevent cross contamination.

Below is a list of allergen causing agents as defined by the Foods standards

  1. Cereals containing gluten and derivatives
  2. Crustacea, fish, shellfish, and derivatives
  3. Dairy and dairy derivatives, including lactose
  4. Egg and egg derivatives
  5. Honey and bee products (including royal jelly)
  6. Peanuts and peanut derivatives
  7. Sesame and sesame derivatives
  8. Soy and soy derivatives
  9. Added sulphites >10mg/kg
  10. Tree nuts and tree nut derivatives
  11. Seeds, cotton, poppy, sunflower, and safflower
  12. Lupins
