Allergen Management
- Even though At Farm Fresh Fine Foods There are no deliberate sources of allergenic products onsite. We have implemented a rigorous allergen management system in place to prevent unintentional contamination of products. This is achieved through product scheduling, training, and monitoring processes to prevent cross contamination.
Below is a list of allergen causing agents as defined by the Foods standards
- Cereals containing gluten and derivatives
- Crustacea, fish, shellfish, and derivatives
- Dairy and dairy derivatives, including lactose
- Egg and egg derivatives
- Honey and bee products (including royal jelly)
- Peanuts and peanut derivatives
- Sesame and sesame derivatives
- Soy and soy derivatives
- Added sulphites >10mg/kg
- Tree nuts and tree nut derivatives
- Seeds, cotton, poppy, sunflower, and safflower
- Lupins
